• Karigatha is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
• In case the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delayed Deliveries

Order Tracking

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please:

• Record a 360° unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, the unboxing video, and clear photographs of the product.

Requests made without a 360° unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution.
